Construção de um Projeto Terapêutico Singular para um idoso assistido em uma Clínica da Família no Distrito Federal

Objective: Describe the experience of medical students in the constructions of Unique Therapeutic Project (PTS). Method: This is an experience report, carried out for 6 months by students from a Medical School in Brasília, where the PTS was used as a tool. Discussion: During home visits and appointments, several problems and personal, social, and family factors of the patient that needed attention were observed. During the project, it was possible to see positive progress in building a bond with the patient. However, considering that adherence is a multidimensional action that involves the interaction of several factors that affect an individual’s behavior and ability to follow the treatment, it was not possible to achieve complete adherence to the established goals. Final Considerations: Despite the knowledge, experience and success obtained, greater professional and academic support and dedicated time are still needed for the PTS to achieve all its suggested goals.
